Before founding Nexus, I spent years delivering enterprise integration projects across ERP ecosystems — QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle. I saw firsthand how finance teams at every scale struggled with the same problem: matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts was still a manual, error-prone process that consumed entire weeks at month-end.

The tools that existed either required six-figure implementations or solved only one piece of the puzzle. None of them actually resolved the exceptions — they just reported them and left the investigation to your team.

Nexus is different because it was designed by someone who has been in the trenches of ERP integration. It doesn't just flag mismatches — it investigates them, proposes resolutions with evidence, and handles the vendor communication so your team can focus on the work that actually requires human judgment.

I'm building Nexus to be the AP automation tool I would have wanted to hand to every finance team I worked with — one that genuinely reduces their workload instead of adding another dashboard to check.
